Grant Description

On June 7, 2014, the Chinese Ministry of Defense held a ceremony for the donation of 3 billion CFAF worth of trucks and military engineers to the Togolese Army. The ceremony was attended by Liu Yuxi, the Chinese Ambassador to Togo.

The donation aims to equip the Togolese Army to better respond to disasters such as flooding and plague, and assist in building schools and roads.
