Grant Description

In April 2014, the Chinese Government decided to donate the first batch of emergency medical supplies worth 1 million RMB to the Government of Guinea following the Ebola outbreak in West Africa. This donation mainly included protective suits, disinfectants, and rescue-monitoring equipment. These goods were delivered in mid-May 2014.

Also in April 2014, the Chinese government made identical donations to Sierra Leone (Record ID#43867), and Liberia (Record ID#41544).
