Grant Description

On April 1, 2014, the Chinese Government and the Government of Rwanda signed an Economic and Technical Agreement (ETCA) for a RMB 50,000,000 grant to the Rwandan Government to support its Economic Development and Poverty Reduction Strategy (EDPRS 2). The projects that these funds will be used for have not been agreed upon as of this point.

It is unknown whether the funds have been transferred. This grant was signed under the April 2014 Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (captured in #57425).
