Grant Description

On 31 December 2013, China signed an economic and technical cooperation agreement (ETCA) granting 52 billion TZS to the Tanzania Ministry of Finance and Planning for unspecified development projects. The sub-projects are unknown. At the same ceremony, officials signed two other agreements.

One was for 400 million TZS to the Prevention and Combating of Corruption Bureau (Record ID#36073), another was a 26 billion TZS interest-free loan (ETCA #36071), and the third was 1.3 Billion TZS for the Julius Nyerere International Convention Center (Record ID#36072).
