The students are from various government core sectors and social groups such as students from the Prime Minister's Department, the Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Department of Commerce, Department of Energy, Mining, Land Planning and Construction, Ministry of Environmental Protection, Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, Ministry of Health, Public Works Department of Transportation, the Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Women's Affairs, Development Board, Customs, the Red Cross and the media sector. In addition, the Cambodian government has also sent a young Cambodian official to pursue a Master's degree program in China.
