Grant Description
China Eximbank provides $400 million general loan agreement to Thai Ministry of Finance On October 22, 2007, the Ministry of Finance of the Kingdom of Thailand and China Eximbank signed a $400 million general loan agreement.
Under the terms of the agreement, the lender agreed to issue individual (subsidiary) loan agreements (ILAs) as preferential buyer's credits (PBC) that would cover up to 85% of the cost of commercial contracts with Chinese companies for specific investment projects in Thailand.
