Grant Description

In November 2006, soon after the China-Africa Summit, a three-day anti-malaria training program was held in Kampala and funded by the Chinese government as part of China’s efforts to join forces with Uganda to fight the disease.

The program started on November 27th and ended on November 29th, during which 5 experts from China provided training on treating and controlling Malaria to 48 primary doctors and officers from Uganda.
