Grant Description

On June 14, 2010, after formal talks between Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and Chinese Vice President Xi Jinping, China pledged to grant 40 million RMB (5.85 million USD) to Bangladesh under an economic cooperation agreement. During the meetings China pledged a total of 100m RMB; the remaining 60m is captured in project 43215.

According to a report from the Economic Relations Division, 11.179m of this contribution has been dispersed as of 2017.
