On 24 March 2010, China's Ministry of Commerce signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) with Cameroon's Ministry of Water Resources and Energy (MINEE) extending a 50 million CNY grant in addition to a 50 million CNY interest-free credit (captured in linked Record ID#35583).
