Grant Description
On January 18, 2011, the Chinese government agreed to grant 10 million yuan worth of humanitarian aid to flood-ravaged Sri Lanka.
On January 25, 2011, the handover ceremony was held for the 70 tons worth of materials, including 30,000 bags of milk powder, 30,000 bags of sugar, 10,000 pieces towel, 10,000 bed sheet, 7,200 blankets and 60 sets of water purifiers.
