Grant Description

Chinese Government provides a RMB 200 million interest-free loan for unspecified purposes On September 2, 2013, at the 10th ASEAN-China Expo, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang promised Hun Sen, Prime Minister of Cambodia, that the Chinese Government would provide an interest-free loan of RMB 200 million to Cambodia.

Then, on November 14, 2013, the Chinese Government and the Government of Cambodia signed an RMB 200 million interest-free loan agreement. The loan was intended for social and economic development projects.
