Grant Description

On December 28, 2005, the Chinese Government and the Government of Cambodia signed two Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreements (ETCAs).

Under these agreements, the Chinese Government committed a RMB 50 million ($6.25 million USD) grant (as captured by this project) and an interest-free loan of RMB 50 million ($6.25 million USD) (as captured by linked Record ID#32063) to Cambodia. The proceeds from these ETCAs were intended to finance projects mutually agreed upon by both governments.
