Grant Description

On September 15, 2013 during an official visit to Sudan, the Chinese International Trade Negotiation Representative and Vice Minister of Commerce signed three different financing agreements with the Sudan Minister of Finance: (1) an interest-free loan of an unknown value (see Record ID#85265), (2) a second interest-free loan of an unknown value (see Record ID#85266), and (3) a 50 million USD grant (this project).
