Grant Description

On April 4, 2013 during a presidential visit to China, the Chinese Minister of Commerce and Zambian Minister of Finance signed an RMB 9 million grant agreement for the provision of saloon cars. It is unclear when these official state vehicles were delivered.

This grant was part of a broader effort to help the Government of Zambia establish a standing protocol fleet to receive foreign delegations (see Record ID#30160).
