Grant Description

MOFCOM provides RMB 100 million interest-free loan — via ETCA — for unspecified purposes On June 11, 2013, China's Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) and the Government of Cameroon signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA).

Under the terms of the agreement, the Chinese Government agreed to provide the Government of Cameroon an interest-free loan worth RMB 100 million for unspecified activities.
