Grant Description
On April 21, 2010, the Chinese Government and the Government of Gabon signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) during a business meeting between the Chinese Vice Minister of Commerce Fu Ziying and the Gabonese head of state.
The agreement was signed for purposes of assistance, primary school constructions, equipment and materials donation, etc. The subprojects are captured as follows: 1.
ETCA relating to the donation by China in the amount of 40,000,000 RMB for finalizing the construction of primary schools (#60469) 2. Exchange of letters relating to Chinese aid for the construction of the two primary schools (#85221) 3. ETCA relating to the interest-free loan in the amount of 70,000,000 RMB granted by China (#60465) 4.
ETCA relating to the interest-free loan in the amount of 80,000,000 RMB granted by China (#60464) 5. Exchange of letters relating to China's donation of medical devices and materials worth 10,000,000 RMB (#60417) 6. Exchange of letters relating to China's donation of a batch of diagnostic equipment worth 1,500,000 RMB (#60415) 7.
