Using a three-stage process, this PhD will establish the current evidence base of programmes aimed at enhancing behavioural and social difficulties with the associated mental and physical health implications, establish the views of UK and international stakeholders on the evidence and guidelines and then implement a collaborative intervention within the School of Hard Knocks (SoHKs).
Best practice co-production methods will be used, as suggested by Smith et al. (2022) to develop guidelines for behavioural management coaching programmes and to combat behavioural issues in adolescents.
This PhD will co-develop these guidelines with UK and international stakeholders, identified through a comprehensive systematic review and in collaboration with the School of Hard Knocks (SoHKs) charity.
