A very brief summary paragraph: This project will involve the analysis of Earth analogues for active and dynamic volcanic and aeolian landscapes on Venus, using Earth Observation data, at a series of carefully selected sites.
Such analysis will enable a better understanding of the likely characteristics, scales and extents of changed features at Venus, when new data is eventually delivered.
It may also involve the development of novel approaches for integrating SAR and optical data to characterise the terrain and detect changes, where this is possible.
