Development and integration of an embodied conversational agent for the workplace

We seek to explore how conversational agents can interact with people within the workplace environment. However, we want to move away from the traditional receptionist or service delivery embodied agents that have already been trialled in various public and private spaces.

RQ1: Can we train a conversational agent to effectively facilitate and interact in multi-party meetings within a real world setting? RQ2: Can we move away from a command based approach to natural cohesion between agents and humans in the real world? RQ3: How does embodiment affect the acceptance of the agent in the workplace?
