The project will use a combination of multi-wavelength data of nearby galaxies to spectroscopically and photometrically resolve and study their stellar populations. The project will involve the development of an algorithm which identified individual stars and star clusters.
The stars will be spectroscopically classified, and for the star clusters parameters such as their mass, age, and metallicity will be computed. This algorithm will then be used to study the interplay between stars and gas in a large sample of nearby galaxies
