Partial biofumigation can suppress or reduce potato cyst nematode population in a sustainable way with out causing harm to soil, human health and environment.
The project will provide knowledge and a full understanding of partial biofumigation that could lead to an improved approach to traditional biofumigation such as reducing inputs, less damage to soils due to minimal cultivations and results in greater suppression of pests and pathogens with focus on potato cyst nematodes.
