Grant Description

This research aims to explore the use of Industry 4.0 in Space 4.0 by integrating a circular economy approach for achieving sustainability.

This research will begin with a systematic literature review to explore relevant themes contributing to the sustainability framework. Next, interviews will be conducted with industry experts for refining the framework. Then, this framework's applicability will be reviewed through case studies from space organisations.

The includes the adoption level of Industry 4.0 and circular readiness in the case study organisations. The framework produced intends to inform the sustainability policy in the space sector.
