Grant Description

Development and Maintenance on improvements to all aspects of the foreign assistance budget process to ensure resources are best aligned to national security, foreign policy, and development objectives through alignment to the Department strategic planning, program management and evaluation processes.

Development of the new business processes that would stem from these recommendations, including but not limited to the steps of the process, required guidance, IT system requirements, and validating the processes proposed.
