Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention (OCSPP), Good Laboratory Practice .On-site Evaluation Programme

The objective of this grant is to provide financial support to the work on Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) that complements the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) Test Guidelines by setting quality standards for the organization and management of test facilities and for performing and reporting studies.

Under the GLP programme the workgroup conducts on-site evaluation activity for each national GLP Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP) in OECD every ten years.

These evaluations enhance confidence that receiving authorities are provided accurate and complete assessments of the conduct of non-clinical health and environmental safety studies and of the quality of the data.
