FFP is funding a USAID Implementing Partner to support smallholder producers and food-insecure, vulnerable populations in Kenya to benefit from more sustainable, inclusive food systems and increased resilience to climate shocks, enabling them to meet future food and nutrition needs.
To do so, FFP is supporting the Implementing Partner to provide transfers to households to meet seasonal food gaps while mobilizing communities to create climate-resilient assets for increasing production and diversifying livelihoods.
These activities are complemented by the transfer of knowledge, skills, and climate risk management tools to targeted food-insecure households by the Implementing Partner.
