Management and engineering service contract (MESC) III

Focus on providing technical assistance and capacity building to Jordanian water utilities.

The contract, which has a five-year performance period, aims to reduce non-revenue water (NRW) losses in Jordan, which currently account for almost half of the country's limited water resources.

Under the contract, Engicon will oversee implementing and monitoring government-to-government grants, review infrastructure planning and design, monitor construction contractors, and provide administrative support to water utilities including Miyahuna, Aqaba Water Company, and Yarmouk Water Company.
