This program empowers local actors to identify and solve their own development challenges.

Nepali organizations will conduct activities that enable local actors to achieve and sustain demonstrable results for Nepal's marginalized populations.

There is not a requirement to focus on a specific sector, but to ensure that the activity is defined and led by Nepal's marginalized and vulnerable groups in areas identified.

The primary objective of this initiative are to: Objective 1: Co-create a locally led development plan that empowers marginalized communities in target areas that meet their needs.

Objective 2: Collaboratively execute the locally led development plan to sustainably improve the lives of targeted populations. Objective 3: Contribute to the pool of development practitioner learning.
