Data Ecosystems for Development in Education (DECODE)

The USAID Data Ecosystems for Development in Education (DECODE) Activity will build on EnCompass strong working relationship and experience with the USAID Center for Education within the Bureau for Inclusive Growth, Partnerships, and Innovation (IPI) to strengthen data and evidence ecosystems at the local/national, regional, and global levels to improve accountability and contribute to the Centers objectives.

By implementing DECODE, EnCompass will support USAID and its global education partners to structure and nurture pathways for more systemized, habituated integration of local voices and use of locally and regionally produced data and evidence in decision-making, which will improve the quality of learning for all.
