The purpose of the activity is to serve the public purpose of HIV/AIDS epidemic control as authorized by the Global Health Security and Diplomacy (GHSD) U.S.

Presidents Emergency Plan of Aids Relief (PEPFAR), by strengthening the partnership between CSOs, district health offices (DHOS), and health facilities by incorporating community perspectives in the provision of HIV services to ensure quality of services.
