Grant Description
Engendering Industries improves gender equality and business performance outcomes of partner organizations by implementing organzational change management interventions through the employee life cycle.
The program incorporates additional activities to implement the Self-Empowerment and Equity for Change (SEE Change) Initiative, a five-day intensive male engagement training program with subcontractor Promundo, working with Power Africa to support gender activities under their task orders and implementing a Partner Support Fund to award grants to support partners to achieve their gender equality goals.
