Ukraine Reconstruction Support (URS)

Ukraine Reconstruction Support (URS) Program assists activities across USAID/Ukraines portfolio to recover and rebuild Ukraines damaged critical infrastructure by providing access to expert engineers that support a variety of construction planning, oversight, and advisory services on international best construction and engineering practices.

URS trains local partners to do the same as well.

The program provides services for activities in a variety of sectors, including but not limited to energy, water and sanitation, telecommunication, transportation, health, agriculture, and education.

The URS program also supports Ukraines integration with the EU by ensuring that new infrastructure aligns with European standards.
