Grant Description

Through TALENTA, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) works with leading cloud services provider Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Elitery, an Indonesian IT managed services provider, to accelerate Indonesias cloud-based digital transformation through workforce training and digital technology support for startups and small- and medium-enterprises.. .

TALENTA will strengthen Indonesias economy by preparing job-ready graduates and small- and medium-enterprises for the increasingly digital marketplace of the future. The program will be rolled out to universities, students, and startups.

It will focus on working with universities to develop Indonesias cloud computing workforce by enhancing the digital skills of students, lecturers, and universities.

The partnership with AWS and Elitery will also equip Indonesias startups with cloud digital technology training and facilitate technology adoption, provide support for innovation, and connect startups to potential investors.
