ILIMS, led by the University of Nebraska's Daugherty Water for Food Global Insititute (DWFI) will gerneratre research-based evidence to support the growth of irrigation and mechanisation markets, develop strong insitutions and local capacity for sustainability, and foster opportunities for equitable access to services,information and technologies, especially among poor and women smallholders.
