USAID Support for Technical Excellence and Private Sector Sustainability in Vietnam (STEPS)

The overall goal of the USAIDs Support for STEPS is to stimulate increased market growth for private-sector HIV goods and services by sustainably expanding the availability and accessibility of high-quality health products and services through private sector approaches and partnerships with commercial and for-profit entities.

Through STEPS, USAID will support the Government of Vietnam to achieve its goals by ensuring robust private-sector engagement in the national HIV response.

STEPS will support the PEPFARs high-priority regions with emphasis on the Ho Chi Minh City metropolitan area and Northern Economic Zone surrounding Hanoi and a focus on key populations at risk of and living with HIV.
