Grant Description

In February 2008, at the first meeting of the China-Togo Mixed Commission on Economy and Trade (中多经贸混委会第一次会议在洛美) and in the presence of Togolese Foreign and Regional Integration Minister Leopold Messan Gnininvi and visiting Chinese Deputy Commerce Minister Wei Jianguo, the Chinese Government pledged to supply unspecified materials worth RMB 5 million to Togo.

It is unclear whether these materials were ever supplied.
