Grant Description

China provides interest free loan of 10 Million CNY to Togo China and Togo inked two accords on December 20, 2007 to strengthen cooperation in economic expertise.

Chinese Ambassador Yang Min and Togolese Cooperation Minister Gilbert Bawara a 10-million-yuan interest-free loan provided by the Chinese government. 17 million yuan in grant was also signed (see Record ID# 2185). Relevant departments of the two countries will negotiate a joint agreement on some projects funded by the money
