Grant Description

USAIDs Power Central Asia will assist national governments, utilities, and other stakeholders to develop domestic energy market reforms, help strengthen the regional electricity market, and promote greater adoption of clean energy technologies from conventional and renewable sources.

The program will assist Central Asian countries to balance hydropower generation needs with other water management priorities. USAID will also help to ensure the safe management of sensitive data generated during the program.
