Grant Description

In May 2019, USAID awarded the International Budget Partnership (IBP) a cooperative agreement for a pilot project in six countries (Argentina, Ghana, Mexico, Nepal, Sierra Leone, and Tanzania) to assess the extent to which improved communication of audit recommendations and enhanced engagement among key oversight actors can promote action on audit findings that governments are currently ignoring.

The project supports collaborative actions between Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) to secure remedial actions from governments.
