WE3 TA will advance Agency leadership in programming and implementing women's economic empowerment and equality (WE3).

The project is designed to build technical capacity of USAID officers and development counterparts (including other U.S.

Government agencies and departments, developing country partner government agencies, and private sector stakeholders) to analyze WE3 gaps, integrate findings into programs, and monitor implementation for success.
