Grant Description

The PASA agreement maintains USAID's leadership role in international agricultural research activities for increased food security and economic growth through agricultural development at the household, community, national and international levels.

Activities: Provide technical staff in the areas of agricultural research, biotechnology, agricultural policy, and technology transfer. The technical staff performs inherently governmental functions such as serving as COR and program managers.
