Grant Description

When governments and economic actors have sound, effective, transparent, gender-aware, and accountable systems and policies in place, there is an increased ability to achieve broad-based economic growth and improved regional economic connectivity.

This activity will improve the policy environment to promote sustainable economic growth and prosperity, improved regional economic cooperation, sound management of institutions, and good governance under the Indo Pacific Strategy and the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework.

This activity will foster an enabling environment for smart, sustainable, and clean transportation infrastructure with the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and other Southeast Asia countries. This activity will work with local public and private sector partners to ensure local expertise and buy-in.

This activity aligns with Administration priorities on climate and inclusive development.
