Grant Description

On December 15, 2006, the Assistant to the Chinese Minister of Commerce and the Nigerian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and African Integration signed an exchange of letters involving the Chinese government's donation of 2 million CNY worth of unspecified supplies (but they may be presumed to be medical supplies since this donation accompanied anti-malarial medications; MOU).
