Cooperative Development Program (CDP) - Land O'Lakes International Development

Through the CDP APS mechanism and in support of locally-led development, E3/LS will provide funding to Land O'Lakes International to implement cooperative development activities in Rwanda and Malawi.

Specifically, Land O'Lakes International will improve cooperative enabling environments through building the capacity of apex associations and advance cooperative business performance of primary and tertiary cooperatives.

Additionally, Land O'Lakes will conduct research on locally-led cooperative development and alignment with women and youth engagement.

These field-based activities build the capacity of local, democratic institutions and advance the Agency's objectives of local resource mobilization and self-reliance.
