Cooperative Development Program (CDP) - HealthPartners

Through the CDP APS mechanism and in support of locally-led development, E3/LS will provide funding to HealthPartners to implement cooperative development activities in Uganda.

Specifically, HealthPartners will work with new and existing health cooperatives to increase quality healthcare services and insurance to community members.

Additionally, HealthPartners will focus on developing skills and creating mentors to promote more female leaders in the health sector.

These field-based activities build the capacity of local, democratic institutions and advance the Agency's objectives of local resource mobilization and self-reliance.
