Grant Description
Competitive Economy Program (CEP), a new mechanism cutting across private sector competitiveness and trade objectives, will be a large-scale, multi-year activity to support the competitive development of emerging industries with strong growth potential.
CEP will enhance the competitiveness of Ukraine's economy through the accelerated growth of business startups and SMEs and the improve competitiveness of such firms.
USAID programming contributes to the Integrated Country Strategy's goal of improving the business climate with a view toward creating better opportunities for U.S. exporters, service providers, and investors (ICS 2.3, JSP 2.1, and JRS 2.1).
