T-Digital Technical Assistance-Digital Frontiers

This activity will increase the use of and access to digital financial services, mobile and internet, and increase the use of data for strategic planning and adaptive programming within USAID Missions and Bureaus.

This mechanism will work with Missions and Bureaus to conduct diagnostic services, program design and implementation, research projects, and to develop tools and approaches that will help reach this objective.

Technical assistance will range from specific pieces of research to advance a certain digital component to multi-year, in-country activities to integrate digital tools into Mission portfolios.

Support may be extended to advance at a policy level, such as affordable internet connectivity, to something more sector, such as employing mobile-enabled extension information delivery.
