Grant Description

On 11 March, 2010, the Chinese Government signed an ETCA to provide a US$2.9 million grant to the Government of Zimbabwe in order to finance development projects in Zimbabwe to be decided upon by the two governments in the future. The Government of Zimbabwe was represented by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Simbarashe Mumbengegwi.
