Grant Description

The overall goal of SHINE is to provide infrastructural support towards the achievement of the missions development objectives through 1) More effective, Accountable and Inclusive Government; 2) Sustained Market-Driven Economic to Reduce Poverty; 3) Improve Health Status of Liberians and Better Educated Liberians.

Activities under this objective will be implemented in USAID target counties of Bong, Nimba, Lofa, Bomi, Margibi, Montserado and Grand Bassa of Liberia.
