The purpose of this activity is to produce a strong body of evidence to be disseminated and used by key stakeholders on how to measure and strengthen resilience.
TOPS activities include: 1) Capacity building to close technical gaps 2)Reviewing local context and providing targeted technical assistance in response - including the development guidance on conducting risk and resilience assessments 3)Strengthen food security networks for enhanced collaboration, cooperation and information sharing - including conducting learning sessions, presentations, technical meetings and emergency thought leadership around resilience related issues 4)Field testing new and adaptive methods, tools and approaches - including contributing to conducting three FTF impact evaluations. 4)This activity aims to measure the effectiveness of our efforts to save lives, foster economic growth and reduce poverty.
