Grant Description
Chinese Government provides RMB 30 million interest-free loan through an ETCA for unspecified cultural, sports, agricultural, and health projects In January 2010, the Chinese Government and the Government of Senegal signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) and China, which committed an RMB 30 million interest-free loan for an unspecified set of projects related to cultural, sports, agricultural, and health.
The loan repayment period is December 1, 2024 and November 30, 2034.
The ETCA was signed by the Senegalese Minister for International Cooperation, Karim Wade, and Chinese Ambassador to Senegal, Gong Yanxing.
